Begin your expedition by flying across the Southern Alps and through the depths of Fiordland; viewing rainforests, a labyrinth of mountains and deep glaciated valleys within this UNESCO World Heritage site.

Landing on our custom-built floating helipad, transfer onto your private boat, Sea Finn, to embark on your multi-day expedition through Dusky Sound.

With its dramatic scenery, mist-shrouded peaks, and a total lack of permanent habitation, Dusky Sound’s natural wonders are to be enjoyed from the sea floor to the mountaintops. Dotted with uninhabited islands, narrow straits meandering through deep fiords, and quiet coves surrounded by snow-capped peaks and cascading waterfalls, it is easy to see how this is the most isolated location in New Zealand.

    *Please note, all loads are weight dependent and require Aviation Operation sign-off. In some circumstances, the number of passengers may be limited to five or fewer to meet obligations under CAA rules. For groups larger than six we will require two helicopters. Please contact our reservation team for a quote for your group.

  • Your personal chef aboard uses only the freshest local ingredients, meticulously crafting each dish to your taste.

    In a true forage for a feed experience, this will be freshly caught fish or crayfish you have gathered yourself, free-range venison, Lumina Lamb or Angus Beef which are all sourced from Minaret Station’s 50,000-acre working farm. Our beautiful produce is provided by our passionate local growers.

    We pair our food with an extensive range of fine New Zealand wines from boutique winemakers who care as much about their wines as we do about our food.
